Circuit TEN training

Circuit Ten will offer classes of HIIT, Strength and Weight Training/Reformer Pilates, Fitness Boxing, Core Strength classes all combined in ten stations for 50 minutes.

Circuit Ten has qualified and experienced trainers that provide a safe and energised environment for every session.

Consisting of structured weekly programs focussing on:

  • Weight sculpting,
  • Increased fitness,
  • A hybrid mix of HIIT, Weight Training, Fitness Boxing & Reformer Pilates
  • Muscle conditioning and strength for the whole body
  • A fun and energetic vibe promoting inclusiveness and having fun for all fitness levels and ages.
